Arizona Game & Fish 2019 Outdoor Expo – March 30-31 - Don’t miss this year’s Arizona Game and Fish Department Outdoor Expo. This is the largest hands-on outdoor expo in the state! Admission and parking are free. ACSA is an exhibitor demonstrating Cowboy Action Shooting for the public. We also let the public experience Cowboy Action shooting with hands-on shooting of our revolvers, rifles and shotguns. The cost is $7 and for that you get 5 pistol rounds, 5 rifle rounds and 2 shotgun. Children can enjoy the sport as well with closely supervised shooting 22LR versions of our guns. Cowboy volunteers are always welcome to help out with the show. Contact me and I'll put you in touch with the right person - email kennyreds@kenbeard.com. More Expo info may be found here.
ACSA will no longer be hosting the Black Powder State Championship in November. OPSA has agreed to host this event and is making plans to do so. The event will be called 'Tombstone Thunder' and will be held the weekend after Bordertown, November 2-3, 2019. Info can be found on the SASS Wire here.
ACSA has recycled lead shot for sale. For members only, $34 a bag. Getcha some at the next match.
If anyone has news that would be of interest to the other Cowboy shooters in Arizona, please email me with details and I will publish the information in the next newsletter. |
